Hey there, I’m Susan Martz.

A licensed therapist, certified school counselor, and yoga and meditation teacher specializing in anxiety, depression, and healing trauma, and PTSD. Along with being a therapist, I support the practice as its Founder. I firmly believe in the mind, body, spirit connection and incorporate this connection into sessions. I am dedicated to supporting teens, adults, and mature adults as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, past pain, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re experiencing persistent anxiety, the weight of depression, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward, I’m here to provide a compassionate and understanding space for you. I’ll help you feel confident to tell your story, feel your feelings, and release and heal traumas.
